Delivery Information
We offer flexible delivery options across the UK to meet your needs. Evidently could be an extra fee for delivery on specific large or weighty goods, meaning that will be calculated and charged while you checkout out. Before completing your order for Products at checkout, ensure you've read and approved the cost of delivery expense.
UK-Only Delivery
HaggleBaggle delivers across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. While we are currently unable to fulfill orders outside the UK, we are dedicated to providing reliable delivery to all regions within the UK.
Booking & Delivery Guidelines
Booking Confirmation: Orders are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate and that payment is ready upon delivery.
Parking & Access: For furniture and larger items, customers are responsible for ensuring accessible parking and notifying us of any restrictions. Any parking or congestion fees, if incurred, will be added to your invoice.
Order Receipt: A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect your items on arrival, as responsibility transfers to you once goods are unloaded.
Product-Specific Returns Guidelines
If you choose to terminate an order for merchandise, you are required to send them in their original packaging to us complete including those with every single accessory given alongside the Products completely without damage, accompanied by evidence of buying it, within fourteen days of consulting ourselves of your choice to make a cancellation. Should you refrain from returning the merchandise in this condition, we reserve the right to bill you the fees and expenses of reclaiming the Merchandise from yourself as well as the separate selling price of any broken or lost merchandise.
Furniture: All orders exceeding the minimum value aim to be delivered within 7-12 days, with many items potentially arriving within 2-5 days. For urgent orders below the minimum order value, a carriage fee may apply based on your location. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, especially after 1-3 days from when the order was created. If no one is available to accept delivery, a delivery charge will still apply. Most orders are delivered between 8 AM and 6 PM. Goods will typically be delivered to the door only, and we will not be responsible for any damage caused while bringing items inside the house.

If returned furniture is deemed unfit for resale due to damage, it will incur a £65 disposal charge. Alternatively, we can return it to you for a £70 handling fee.
All deliveries will be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. At this time, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are accurate. The risk for the goods transfers to the customer as soon as they are unloaded from our vehicles.
Customers must ensure that there is suitable parking available for the delivery and inform us of any parking restrictions during the booking process. Any parking fines incurred will be the customer’s responsibility and will be added to their next invoice. Similarly, any congestion charges will be charged to the current invoice.
The payment method must be confirmed at the time of booking. If payment is not available, the delivery will need to be rescheduled. If payment cannot be made to the driver after booking or if the delivery cannot proceed for any other reason, a refused delivery fee of £50-£100 will apply, depending on the location and size of the delivery.
Returned goods can only be accepted by third-party drivers if authorized by the sales team. Drivers will only collect items that are unassembled, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an authorized returns form. If goods are to be returned via third-party drivers, a detailed reason for the return along with the invoice number must be provided at the time of booking.
Where applicable, spare parts will be sent to address any issues, which may involve a fee. The third-party company will not be responsible for any losses incurred during the delivery of incorrect or faulty goods. Additionally, the third-party company will not be liable for any losses that occur in the normal course of business operations. Returns will only be accepted based on the findings of the investigation conducted by the third-party company.
Watches, Fashion, Health & Beauty, Homeware and Gifts
These items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items damaged or altered after purchase are non-refundable. Delivered within 3-7 days, with many items potentially arriving within 2-4 days

In certain instances, the supplier's product specs vary, in those instances, our team will attempt to do our absolute best to find you a comparable replacement or could get shortages regarding certain goods as a result, we will provide an alternative of equal or higher quality at a comparable fee. You can cancel any item you purchased within 5 days of the start date. However, once the item has been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order.
Return Process
Initiate the Return: Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Item: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for eligible items, or you may use your own return shipping method.
Refund Processing: After reviewing your returned items, our accounting team will authorize your refund to the bank account or credit card used to place the purchased item. Contingent on the bank you use, this might require another 2-5 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is incorrect or defective, we cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For standard returns, a small return shipping fee may apply, deducted from your refund.
