Description
Excellent for relieving minor bumps and bruises in children. Chill it in the fridge to relieve swelling, sprains, headaches, stings, sunburn, and bruising, or use it warm for aches and pains.
To apply cool before using the pack, make sure it is clean. Clean the grazed area with warm water. Should be applied to the affected area. Apply a cool pack for several minutes to sunburn, headaches, or insect bites.
To use hot place in a bowl of warm water for several minutes. Test the pack on the back of your hand to ensure a comfortable temperature before applying it to the affected area.
Clean using soapy water to wash the gel pack. Keep the gel pack in the package with the instructions.
Warning: Do not microwave or freeze because excessive temperatures might cause burns. Always use under the supervision of an adult. Only for external use. Do not pierce. To keep youngsters from swallowing, it contains a safe gel and BitrexTM, an intensely bitter ingredient. Drink plenty of water if it is unintentionally swallowed. If you have worries about your child's health or if swelling and pain persist, consult a doctor.
